Navanto on your iPhone
How to get the iPhone app, sign in, and post to your projects from site.

Navanto has an iPhone app, so whoever is on site can read and post to a project without opening a browser.
Getting the app
The app is on the App Store as Navanto, published by Navanto Ltd, and it’s free to download; it needs an iPhone running iOS 26 or later.

Signing in
Sign in with the same email address and password you use on the web; there’s no separate sign-up, so anyone already invited to your organisation can sign in on the phone straight away. If you have not signed in anywhere yet, use the temporary password from your invitation email and the app asks you to set your own, exactly as the web does.
Posts
The Projects tab lists every project you’re a member of; open one to get to its posts, which are the same posts as on the web, with anything you send from site there for the office straight away. The + button takes a photo with the camera or attaches photos and files, @ mentions someone, and swiping a message replies in its thread.
NavantoAI
The NavantoAI tab is the same assistant as on the web; see What NavantoAI can do. On the phone, a long press on a reply lets you copy it or select part of it.
Notifications
The first time you open a project’s posts or site updates, the app asks whether it can notify you. After that, new posts, mentions, replies and site updates on your projects arrive as notifications; tap one to open that conversation or the site updates. The app icon counts only the posts and site updates you have not read, since those are the two things the app can take you to; the Projects list marks each project with how many are waiting there, and opening a project shows the count against Posts and against Site Updates so you can see which of the two it is. Opening a project’s posts clears its post notifications; site updates clear separately.
The only things that reach your phone are posts, mentions, replies and site updates; each of those follows its In-app switch on the web, under Settings → Notifications, so turning one off there stops it reaching the phone too. Everything else Navanto tells you about, such as approvals, tasks and being added to a project, stays on the web and in your email. iOS Settings turns the lot off.
Clients
The app is for your own team; a client who signs in is pointed to their project portal on the web, which is where everything for them lives. See Using your project portal.
