Forecasting
A cash flow forecast built from your stage payments
See what's coming in over the next few months across every job, worked out from your stage payments, so a quiet month doesn't have to come as a surprise.

- Nothing to keep up to date
- The forecast comes straight from your stage payments, so it never goes stale the way a spreadsheet does.
- Overdue money stays in view
- An unpaid payment from an earlier month carries into this one, so money you're owed never quietly drops off the forecast.
- Only for the people you choose
- Forecasting starts visible to administrators only, and you decide which other roles get to see the figures.
See a quiet month coming
A lot of small builders keep their cash flow in a spreadsheet that’s only as current as the last evening someone had free to update it. Navanto works out what’s overdue, what’s due this month and what’s coming in over the next three months across every job, so you can see a quiet month coming while there’s still time to do something about it.
No evenings spent updating it
Every figure comes from the payments on each project’s contract, so when a date moves or a payment comes in the forecast follows without anyone touching it, and money you’re still owed from last month stays in front of you until it’s paid. When your accountant asks for the figures you can export them as a spreadsheet rather than copying them out.
What an open selection would do to your cash flow
Before a client has signed off their selections you can add their budgets into the forecast, in the month their decision is due, so you can see what a big kitchen or bathroom choice would do to your cash flow before it’s agreed. They’re kept apart from the agreed figures, so the totals you rely on only ever cover what’s actually been signed.
The figures stay with the people you choose
Forecasting starts visible to administrators only, and you switch it on for other roles when you’re ready, so the whole business’s cash flow isn’t on every screen in the office. A site manager limited to their own projects only sees the figures for their jobs, so they can see what’s coming in without seeing anyone else’s.
