The weekly client update

  • Share a weekly update with your client. Curate one client-visible post per project per week — a description with an AI first draft, a chosen selection of that week’s site photos, and the phases they relate to. Sending it publishes to the client portal and emails the client; you can edit or revoke it at any time.
  • Send photos to NavantoAI, and let it write the client update. NavantoAI can now attach photos you send it to a site update, pull existing photos back in to look at them, and draft, send or revoke the weekly client update on your behalf.
  • Up to five files per chat message. The chat composer now takes several files at once, added across separate picks and removable individually before you send — so a batch of site photos goes in one message instead of five.
  • Site updates feed the risk briefing. The project risk assessment now reads what’s being reported from site, including the weekly summaries, so a flooded trench or late steel shows up in the briefing. The activity meter counts site updates alongside posts rather than posts alone.
  • A more compact interface. The whole app has been rebased on a tighter type scale with hierarchy coming from weight rather than size, and buttons, tables, avatars and the sidebar rescaled to match — noticeably more on screen at once, on every page.
