The Site Updates tab
- Attach spreadsheets to posts, approvals and snags. CSV, XLS and XLSX files are now accepted wherever you attach files — the posts composer, approval drafts and snag items — alongside PDFs and images.
- Ask the AI about payments due. NavantoAI can now read the payment forecast, so admins can ask what’s overdue, what’s due this month, or which projects owe the most, and get the same figures the Forecasting screen shows.
- Site Updates tab on projects. Post photo and text progress updates straight from site, tagged with the phase they belong to. The feed groups them by week and writes an AI summary of each week, so anyone off site can catch up on what actually happened without scrolling every update.
- Notifications open the post they’re about. Clicking a post, mention or reply notification now scrolls that exact post into view and highlights it — including replies inside a thread — instead of dropping you at the bottom of the project feed.
