Smarter notification emails
- Fewer, calmer notification emails. Emails now wait until a project’s conversation goes quiet (five minutes, or fifteen at most), and anything you’ve already read in the app is left out, so a conversation you’re following live sends no email at all. In-app and push notifications are still instant.
- One email per conversation. Posts, replies and mentions on a project arrive together in a single “Messages in {project}” email laid out like the app’s chat, with each message in full, replies and attachments shown, and client messages labelled.
- Refreshed email design. Every email has a cleaner layout with the Navanto logo, or your organisation’s name on emails to clients and suppliers, and a footer link to manage your notifications.
