Library and Orders

  • A new Library. Products, suppliers and templates now live together under Library in the sidebar, beside Files, with a tab for each. Templates are filtered by type (Tasks, Drawings, Timelines) from the filter row.
  • Orders in the sidebar. Orders have their own sidebar item, beside Forecasting. Old Procurement links still take you to the right place.
  • Library and Orders permissions. The Procurement and Templates switches on the role screen are replaced by two new ones. Library covers products, suppliers and templates. Orders covers purchase orders, and switching it on also switches on Library. Every role keeps the access it had. Library shows what you pay suppliers, so only give it to roles that should see trade costs. See roles and permissions.
