Photo previews in Files, agreed prices locked on the contract, and NavantoAI links records
- Preview photos in Files. Photos in the files library, including the client portal folder, now show as thumbnails and open in the photo viewer, so you can page through a folder’s photos without downloading them. View original still opens the file as uploaded.
- Agreed prices stay agreed. A contract line that came from an approved variation or signed-off selection keeps the price and VAT rate your client agreed. Its schedule, payments, description and cost stay editable.
- View orders from Selections. A View orders button on a project’s selections tab opens the project’s orders, delivered ones included.
- NavantoAI links records. Ask NavantoAI to link a task, approval, drawing revision or snag to another on the same project, or to see what a record is linked to. Ask it to get a drawing approved and it creates the approval and links it, so the revision moves to Approved or Rejected when the approver decides.
