Tracking orders through to delivery
- Track an order from sent to delivered. The status badge on an order now opens the moves available from where it is: confirm it against the supplier’s expected delivery date and their reference, mark it delivered, mark an order placed outside Navanto as sent, or step back if something was incorrectly recorded.
- A chase list that puts the orders needing attention first. Procurement › Orders now groups by what needs doing — overdue, needs chasing, due this week — with a column saying why each order is there, and a status filter that keeps delivered and cancelled orders out of the way. Search, filters and sort live in the page’s address, so a view can be bookmarked.
- Every order keeps a log. Each status change writes its own entry, and Log activity adds a call, email or note by hand, so the supplier’s replies sit alongside the order’s history and feed the project’s activity feed.
