Timeline markers and checkpoints

  • Start and handover markers on the timeline. The project’s start and handover dates now show as vertical lines on the timeline chart, with a caption spelling out the dates — including the original handover date when it’s since slipped.
  • Delivery and key event markers on the timeline. Tag any week on the timeline as a delivery or a key event from the cell’s flyout, shown as truck and flag icons — without marking the week as active.
  • Variation and delay markers on the timeline. Tag a week as a variation or a delay from the cell’s flyout — a dashed border or a diagonal hatch over the week’s colour, so disruptions are visible on the chart at a glance.
  • Checkpoints on the timeline. Add a checkpoint at any week boundary to gate work on an on-site confirmation — drawings verified before the shell goes up, for example. A badge on the chart shows whether it’s still ahead, overdue, or signed off, and the panel records who confirmed it and when.
