Client portal milestone timeline. Clients now see a progress band on their portal dashboard — start to handover, filled to today, with the next phase called out — that expands into a full timeline view (or a stepper on mobile).
Risk briefings now factor in the project timeline. The AI risk briefing reads delay and variation weeks, overdue site checks, and planned work running past handover, alongside its existing sources.
AI chat can manage the project timeline. Ask the assistant to view or edit phases, tracks, and week cells, or sign off a site check — the same actions as the timeline page.
