Changelog

Project categories you name yourself, and timeline templates

  • Projects are grouped by categories you define. The bare colour swatch on a project is now a named, colour-coded category. Admins can rename, recolour, add and delete categories under Settings → Categories — so “Red” becomes “Renovation” everywhere it appears. The Projects page gains a category filter to match, and deleting a category simply leaves its projects uncategorised.
  • Timelines can be built from a template. A new Timelines tab on the Templates screen holds ordered lists of phases you reuse across projects. Apply one from the timeline’s ⋮ menu to add its phases to an existing timeline, or pick it at step 6 of the new-project wizard to start a project with its programme already laid out. Phases arrive in order, each with its default track and a colour that doesn’t clash with what’s already there.
  • Deleting a project now removes its client logins too. Previously a deleted project left its client-portal users stranded — still able to sign in, but with nothing to sign in to and no way for an admin to reach the account. The delete confirmation now tells you how many client logins will go with it.
