Drawing register sections, and drawings on iPhone
- Organise the drawing register into sections. Group a project’s drawings into sections and sub-sections, such as Construction Drawings › First Fix, and collapse any heading to keep the register tidy; Navanto remembers which ones you closed. Drawing templates carry sections too, so applying one builds the structure for you, and your client sees the same grouping with only approved drawings in it.
- Reorder lists the same way everywhere. Drag a row by its grip, or use the arrow keys on it, to reorder drawings and sections, timeline phases and tracks, contract items and template rows. On a phone or tablet, Move up and Move down sit in each item’s ⋯ menu. Every move saves straight away.
- Drawings in the iPhone app. Open a project and tap Drawings to browse the register on site, in the same sections as on the web. It opens on approved revisions so you build from what’s been signed off, with a switch to see every revision, and tapping a drawing opens its sheet full screen. See Navanto on your iPhone.
