Custom roles, a rebuilt selections editor, and a tidier activity feed

Custom roles decide who sees what. An admin can now create roles for the organisation and choose which features each one can see, in a new Roles tab under Settings. A feature that is off is hidden entirely — off the sidebar, out of reach of the API, and refused by NavantoAI. Everyone starts on Admin or Standard exactly as before, so nothing changes until you change it. Starting with the Forecasts feature, and extended to every feature in the coming releases.
The selections editor gets its own page, and saves as you go. Building a selection has moved out of the slide-over onto a full page: options are photo cards matching what the client sees, categories read as clean sections, and a sticky summary rail tracks spend per category, VAT and budget remaining. Your work saves itself as you type — sending to the client and recording sign-off are the only buttons that commit anything.
See whether a draft fits the client’s budget. A draft selection now shows its cheapest-possible and priciest-possible totals against the budget, colour-coded green, amber or red, so you know at a glance whether it can work whichever options the client picks. To test a specific combination, pencil in options yourself — the totals follow instantly, and nothing is saved or shown to the client.
Client-facing names for products. A product can carry a separate name for clients, so “SKU-4471 Wall Bracket” reaches the portal as “Modern Oak Wall Light”. Your team keeps seeing and searching the real name everywhere, and selections already signed off stay on the name the client actually saw.
The activity feed groups repeated actions. A run of similar activity by the same person now collapses into a single line with a chevron to expand the individual entries. Several edits to the same record show as one combined change, so fields edited and then put back drop out of view entirely.
