Roles limited to their own projects, weather warnings in risk briefings, and Enter to send
- Weather warnings in risk briefings. Each project’s risk briefing now reads the Met Office forecast for its site and flags work planned into weather it can’t take, such as a crane lift in high winds or rendering after a frost. The finding shows the week’s forecast and suggests the next clear day.
- Risk briefings read every open record. Briefings now see every open task, snag, drawing, payment, variation and selection on a project rather than a sample, so findings reflect the whole picture.
- Enter sends in posts. Press Enter to send a post or reply, and Shift+Enter for a new line, as in NavantoAI chat. On phones and tablets, Enter adds a new line and the arrow sends. Posts and NavantoAI chat now share one composer.
- Limit a role to its own projects. Each role now has a Project access switch, Only projects they’re a member of. Switch it on and the people holding that role see only the projects they’re on the team of, and nothing inside the others. See Roles and permissions.
- Project details in the client portal. Clients’ My Project page now opens with the same header as the internal app, showing the project name, status, address and status note. Clicking it reveals the photo, dates and description.
- Project chat on iPhone updates live. New posts and replies, NavantoAI’s included, now appear in an open project chat within a second or two. If you’ve scrolled back, the app keeps your place and shows a New messages button.
