Files on posts, client mobile numbers, and selection budgets in the forecast
- Attach any file to a post. Posts now takes a wider range of file types, up to 100 MB each, including videos, emails, TIFF and HEIF photos. Attach them from the web, from the iPhone app, or ask NavantoAI to attach a file it has made. Files land in the project’s own Posts folder, and NavantoAI can read the files on a thread when you mention it.
- Mobile numbers for clients. The Client Portal tab now lists your clients in a table with an optional mobile number for each. Copy a number with one click, or tap to call from a phone. Clients can keep their own number up to date from their portal account page. See setting up the client portal.
- Selection budgets in the forecast. Tick Include budgets in Forecasting to see where selections that haven’t been signed off yet would leave your cash flow. Each budget sits in the month of its decision deadline, shown as provisional and totalled in its own rows, so your agreed figures stay separate. The CSV export includes them too. See contract and payments.
- NavantoAI can record a client’s decision. When a client approves a variation or signs off a selection by phone, email or in a meeting, an administrator can ask NavantoAI to record it on the client’s behalf, just as they can from the Variations and Selections tabs.
