- Ask NavantoAI to delete things. You can now tell the AI assistant to delete tasks, snag items, calendar events, and drawings — including whole recurring series or individual revisions. Admins can also ask it to delete suppliers or entire projects. NavantoAI applies the same permission rules as the app, so non-admins are told when something needs an admin rather than hitting a silent failure.
