AI contract tools, and selections that flow to Approved
- AI chat now works with your Contract tab. Ask the assistant to list, create or edit approved contract items and variations right from chat — the same validation and permissions as the UI apply.
- Generate a variation price with the AI assistant. The Variations tab’s “Generate price” button hands an unpriced draft to chat, which uses your products and existing contract items to work out a price with you.
- Contract signals in the AI risk briefing. The briefing now flags overdue and unscheduled stage payments, unpriced or awaiting-decision variations, and selections with a looming or missed decision deadline.
- VAT on client selections. Selections can now carry a VAT rate, so the total a client sees and signs off on matches what they’ll actually be invoiced.
- Signed-off selections flow into the Approved tab. Once a client signs off a selection, it lands automatically as an Approved contract line awaiting payment terms — no more re-keying the total by hand.
