Cookie Policy

1. About cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by the websites and applications you visit. They are widely used to make sites work, to make them work more efficiently, and to provide information to the site owner.
Under UK law (the UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003), we must obtain your consent before setting any non-essential cookies on your device. Strictly necessary cookies — those required to deliver a service you have explicitly requested — do not require consent.
2. Cookies on this website
This website (navanto.co.uk) does not currently set any cookies. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
If we introduce any non-essential cookies in future, we will display a consent banner first and only set them with your permission. You will be able to change your choice at any time.
3. Cookies in the Navanto application
The Navanto application (at app.navanto.co.uk and similar environment-specific subdomains) sets the following strictly necessary cookies. These are required to deliver the application to you and do not require consent.
- Authentication cookies
Set after you sign in, these cookies hold encrypted tokens that identify you to the application on subsequent requests. Without these you would have to sign in for every request. Set asHttpOnlyandSecure. - Sign-in flow cookies
Short-lived cookies used during the sign-in process to protect against cross-site request forgery and to complete the sign-in handshake. - Content delivery cookies
Signed cookies that authorise your browser to download files (such as documents, attachments and images) from our content delivery network. Scoped to content you are entitled to access.
Our authentication provider, which hosts the sign-in pages, may also set a small number of strictly necessary cookies on its own domain during the sign-in flow (for session continuity, CSRF protection and language preference). These are described by that provider in their own documentation.
4. Managing cookies
Most browsers allow you to view, manage and delete cookies through their settings. Blocking the strictly necessary cookies described above will prevent the Navanto application from working — in particular, you will not be able to sign in.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above will reflect the latest version.
